So happy to share this from my friend and photographer, Steph Grant.  Our paths crossed a few years ago when she photographed a look book for R.E.D.  Since then, she's refocused and is now shooting LGBT weddings.  Take a peek at her blog and you'll understand why her work is getting national acclaim--and why what she does is bigger than taking pictures.
